Physiotherapist
Oliver graduated from AUT in 2019. For four years, he worked at Physio Connect in Auckland. He completed his Foundational Dry Needling Course, followed by an Advanced Upper Limb Course through PAANZ in 2020 and 2022, respectively.
Oliver recently returned from Southeast Asia and India, where he qualified as a Yoga Teacher (YTT200 Vinyasa/Ashtanga) and became a teacher of the Happiness Programme for the Art of Living Foundation. In his free time, he offers meditation and breathing courses on behalf of the organization.
His holistic approach centers around the idea that a healthy body begins with a healthy mind, and that a calm, clear mind is the first step toward achieving any life goal.
Outside of work Oliver enjoys travel, spending time in nature, playing piano and guitar, and cooking wholesome, plant-based food. Book with Oliver

Physiotherapist
With around 10 years experience in private practice Physio, Claire starts at Recharge suitably recharged after some time away from work, exploring South America. This has ReDefined her perspectives on well-being and she is excited to return to being a health professional. Helping people reach their goals, educating them about their injuries, their bodies and applying a holistic approach.
A Kiwi from Pōneke, Claire studied at Otago University. She has since completed Dry Needling and APPI Pilates certifications, worked in England for 3 years and has been lead Physio for premier club rugby teams. Her focus remains on the individual – recognising that for 2 different people, the same injury affects them differently and the desirable outcomes will vary. Claire spends time understanding your specific situation, providing relevant and evidence-based management without forgetting the bigger picture, outside the injury diagnosis.
Claire’s favourite place to be is in nature – camping, tramping, surfing or simply being outside. She also loves cooking with her partner and learning things – whether Physio/health related, a new song on the ukulele or new words in a different language (with Spanish going well and now back in Aotearoa she’s excited to return to te reo Māori studies) Book with Claire
