We are looking for a NZ registered Physiotherapist with a keen interest and/or experience in Musculo-skeletal Physiotherapy to join our team at Recharge Physio Papamoa.

You will be working with:

Jaydn Nixon: Senior physio with 20 years experience throughout New Zealand, Australia, and UK. He has also been a guest lecturer at Unitec in Sports injuries and former master trainer for Power Plate.

Morgan Williams: Senior physio with 10 years experience throughout Australia and NZ. Specialised in clinical Pilates and sports physio.

We have a very high standard of patient care and support each other to achieve the best outcomes for our patients and we will support you too. We have clinical meetings weekly to discuss patients, cross refer and brain storm to optimise optimal patient care. When you join us you will have an intensive 1 month mentoring and training process.

We also offer patients a double physio session, where two physio are in the same room for challenging patients optimise recovery.

Every month we meet with the other practitioners inside the wellbeing hub Redefined also. Work along side personal trainers, Pilates coaches, a psychologist and nutrition coach.

Recharge Physio is a highly qualified team of healthcare professionals established in 2015 with a mission to provide a gold standard, quality based clinical and customer service to every patient who visits us. We achieve this by providing 60-minute initial consultations and 30–60-minute follow-ups so you have time to provide a high-quality service.

Our clinic has a focus on musculoskeletal issues of all ages and working backgrounds. You will be part of a team of other health/fitness professionals who work together to achieve the best results for patients.

The role / responsibilities:

  • Assessment, diagnosis and treatment of patients
  • Demonstrate skill in using a range of treatments
  • Keep accurate clinical records for patients using Gensolve and comply
  • with ACC requirements
  • Educate patients for recovery and improvement
  • Maintain a professional, high standard of patient care

Skills and Qualifications

  • New Zealand registered physiotherapist – essential
  • Experience preferred but not necessary – recent graduates welcome to apply
  • Strong manual therapy and exercise prescription knowledge required
