We are able to do this through our longer consultations, spending up to an hour on your first visit, to hear your story, listen to what’s bothering you and what you would like help with, thoroughly examine not only the site of symptoms, but the whole movement system.

We then do a series of tests, checking whole movement, then test muscles, joints, nerves, ligaments, tendons, postures and more to best direct your treatment plan. We use many traditional physiotherapy techniques to help you such as: goal setting, motivational interviewing, massage, strapping, manipulation, dry needling, exercise prescription, education and much more. Once your pain or key problem has resolved we go another step, helping you to RECHARGE. This means looking at ways to optimise your health, function, vitality, and prevent further injury.
