After a thorough assessment, treatment techniques may include massage, joint mobilisation, exercise prescription, dry needling and education.

He looks forward to helping you from where you are now and helping you step by step until you get back in to all the activity you love.

When not working you’ll find Jaydn spending time with his family, at the beach, in the surf, up the mount or socialising.

Morgan Williams

Senior Sports and Pilates Physiotherapist – (Currently on Maternity Leave)

Morgan graduated from AUT University in 2013 after developing a keen interest for injury rehabilitation when competing in gymnastics and athletics for NZ.

She then moved overseas and worked in both Australia and the UK, before recently relocating to the Bay of Plenty for a more relaxed and outdoorsy lifestyle.

During her first years of working as a physiotherapist, Morgan’s passion for movement and sporting history meant she quickly fell into clinical Pilates. She soon realised how beneficial this could be for injury prevention and rehabilitation so she went on to become an APPI certified Pilates Instructor. She has been utilising Pilates principles in her treatments for several years now, and especially loves working with patients for pre and post-operative rehab, pregnancy and post-natal recovery and for improving athletic performance.

Morgan enjoys using a combination of these principles along with manual therapy, exercise prescription and dry needling to help clients achieve their goals, and prevent their injuries from re-occurring. She also enjoys helping women diagnosed with cancer, completing her PINC cancer rehabilitation accreditation in 2020.

Outside of work, Morgan loves to spend her time outdoors, traveling or trying out the local restaurants.
